Market Days 2022
Northalsted Market Days
Northalsted Market Days are the LGBT community’s annual street festival, and this year they will be celebrating their 40th anniversary. The event is a great opportunity to support local businesses and queer performers. The event is expected to draw about 100,000 visitors. The festival takes place on Saturday and runs through Sunday, so there is plenty of time for everyone to participate.
Organizers of the first night of the Market Days had 200 vendors selling food and drinks. Five stages were set up to feature live music. The organizers also provided information on the Zika virus and how to avoid it. Despite the looming threat of the virus, the festival will continue as planned on Saturday and Sunday.
Boerne Market Days
The historic Main Plaza in downtown Boerne is the heart of the city’s thriving market scene. Held the second weekend of every month, the outdoor market blends the heritage and traditions of the Texas Hill Country with modern day culture and innovation. Shoppers can expect to find handmade crafts, antiques, collectibles, and even music from homegrown musicians.
If you’re a business owner, this upscale market is a great place to sell your wares. The event is open to the public and draws a large crowd. It’s a great way to introduce yourself and build a customer base. Sign-up forms allow you to submit your business information, including mailing and faxing information.
During Chicago’s market days, the city is hopping with festivities, from live music to a market of arts and crafts. The event is also full of fun activities for the whole family. Hundreds of vendors sell their wares, including clothing, home goods, and more. In addition, there are sponsor booths and DJs, and the money raised goes to support local charities and community projects. In addition, the event benefits Steamworks Chicago, a private men’s fitness center in the South Loop.
The Northalsted Market Days are held on the half-mile stretch of North Halsted St. between Belmont Avenue and Addison St., in Chicago’s historic Northalsted neighborhood. Located just north of the Loop, Northalsted Market Days offer a unique blend of arts and crafts and food and beverage vendors. It attracts thousands of people each year and is ranked as one of the top 10 Chicago festivals.
